it's PICO but sure does a lot

I bought a SONY blue-ray player and wanted to connect it wirelessly to my home router. Got the CQR-981 and set it us as a client adapter, connected the LAN port to Sony, powered it up from the USB port on the sony player and I was streaming video from Netflix in no time.

Great mini WiFi Router

This router was easy to set-up with WPA2 WiFi encryption. It's so small and compact. Good signal. Would work great as a travel router. Can connect to WAN by Ethernet cable or by wireless. If connected by cable, then you have wireless and 1 wired port. If connected by wireless, then you have wireless and 2 wired ports. Manual is not written for beginners, so some Network set-up understanding is helpful (it does provide beginner instruction for basic set-up).

Works right out of the box. And the browser-based system menu is complete and easy to use. I simplified the SSID for example and blocked it advertisement so I can save the wireless bandwidth in my hotel room for myself. I would like to have it come with a bag or travel package for my laptop bag. And the AC adapter needs to be collapsible to save space and prevent bags from tearing.

Very handy
This little thing works great as a wireless client. It's small, uses mini usb power, and includes wireless n and wpa2 security!

Great product
Bought this to use in hotels since they always put the ethernet port in the worst place. It also comes in handy since my Acer tablet is wifi only.

Pleasnetly supprised
I did not have high expectations from this travel router since the cost very low for this category and I never experienced good performance with travel routers.

Good router. Very small!
For its size, this is a good router. Good for small places like home theaters, or for traveling. The firmware it runs on has a lot of options and settings.

Great size, perfect for traveling
This is perfect for traveling to hotels with no wifi, I use it for my ipad and iphone, the only con I have is that is not so easy to configure in some places, I just can not make...
